PROGRAM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Step 1: Meet Admission Requirements.
CNA Program Applicants MUST:
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be in good health and able to bend, twist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be free from communicable disease.
Not be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry in revoked status; Cannot be listed as an unemployable on the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) and cannot have been convicted of a criminal offense as listed in Texas Health and Safety Code 250.006.
Provide a copy of your Driver's License, ID card or Passport.
Provide a copy of your Social Security Card.
You will also need to buy a pair of black scrubs to be worn during class and clinical labs.

Step 2: Register for Program.
Select each program to view program details and to complete the Registration Form for the program (s) you are interested in.
Step 3: Pay the non-refundable registration fee.
You must pay the registration fee when you submit the registration form. Payment methods are provided at the bottom of each program page.
Note: The non-refundable registration fee goes towards your tuition if you fully enroll in the respective program.
